1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the plumbsmart.my website and any courses provided by Cadence Learning Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 201901008842 (1324567-K)). By enrolling in a course or using this site, you accept these terms.

2. Enrolment and places

A place on a course is confirmed once we have received your enrolment and any applicable fees. Class sizes are limited, and places are allocated on a first-come basis. We reserve the right to place learners in the level most appropriate to their assessed ability.

3. Fees and payment

Course fees are quoted per term or programme and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment plan is offered, instalments must be paid by the agreed dates to keep your place.

4. Attendance and conduct

• Please arrive on time and ready to participate. We cannot extend or repeat classes missed due to late arrival or absence.
• We ask all learners and visitors to treat tutors, staff and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
• We may ask a learner to leave a course, without refund, for behaviour that disrupts others or endangers safety.

5. Changes to classes

Occasionally we may need to change a tutor, timetable or venue, or combine classes with low enrolment. We will give as much notice as possible and, where a change materially affects you, offer a suitable alternative.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, and the content of this website, are the property of Cadence Learning Sdn. Bhd. and are provided for your personal learning use only. They may not be copied, resold or distributed without our written permission.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to deliver our courses professionally, but we do not guarantee any specific examination result or outcome, as progress depends on each learner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
