Return & Refund Policy

Because our courses are services delivered over time, this policy replaces the idea of “returns” with clear rules on cancellations and refunds. It applies to all courses booked with Cadence Learning Sdn. Bhd..

Trial classes

Trial classes are offered free of charge and carry no obligation. There is nothing to refund and no commitment to enrol.

Cooling-off before a course begins

• Cancel seven or more days before your course start date and you will receive a full refund of fees paid.
• Cancel within seven days of the start date and we will refund your fees less a small administration charge to cover materials and preparation.

After a course has started

• Within the first two weeks, if the course is not right for you, you may withdraw and receive a pro-rata refund for the classes not yet taken, less any materials already provided.
• After two weeks, fees are generally non-refundable, as your place and tutor time have been reserved for the full term.

Transfers and credits

If your circumstances change, we will always try to help. Where a refund does not apply, you may usually transfer your remaining fees to a later course intake or, in some cases, to another learner. Please talk to us as early as you can.

Classes cancelled by us

If we cancel a class or course and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund for any sessions not delivered.

Medical and exceptional circumstances

We understand that serious illness or emergencies happen. In genuine cases, supported by appropriate evidence, we will review your situation sympathetically and offer a fair refund, credit or deferral.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, course and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days and to process approved refunds within fourteen days, using your original payment method where possible.
